Ocean Villa I
The iconic view of St Michael’s Mount streams into this charming apartment. You step in through the door with its original Victorian stained glass, and as you turn into the main living area your eyes are immediately drawn to the view.
The living room has comfortable sofas, and in the bay window, overlooking the Mount and the ocean, two vintage armchairs to sit and enjoy the view. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs in the opposite corner, and French doors open on to your own little terrace.
There’s a Samsung TV with Sky box and HD and Sky Sports and Netflix, should you tire of gazing at the sea and sky! And a Bose bluetooth sound speaker.
Ocean Villa I is on the ground floor of the building, but please note there are a couple of small steps up to the entrance.

Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen: everything you need to cook up a storm!
Neff oven and hob mean you can cook with ease, using the full range of saucepans, frying pans, casserole dishes, Kitchen Aid utensils and more. There is a dishwasher for clearing up afterwards. The kitchen also has a Bosch washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer for those sandy clothes. And a tall fridge-freezer, a microwave, toaster and kettle, and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Of course, you could just pop across the road and eat in one of the fantastic restaurants in Marazion or have take-away fish and chips …..
Master bedroom
Turn left from the generous hallway and you enter a gorgeous master bed with an ultra comfortable super-king bed. It boasts a hand made headboard with matching bed-side tables.
The bed is freshly made with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens from Soak and Sleep.
A vast Victorian mahogany wardrobe stores your clothes and there are under-bed drawers for the overflow.
Opening out of the bedroom is your en-suite bathroom, with a large walk-in shower. There is plenty of hot water and lovely bottles of natural, locally made BLOOM products. And large luxury towels, also from Soak and Sleep. (1 bath sheet, 1 hand towel per person)
Master bedroom with super comfortable King size double bed
Ensuite shower room for master bedroom.
The bunkbed room has comfortable mattresses, the same high quality linens as the Master bedroom, a chest of drawers - and, best of all, we think, a gorgeous spacious window seat, where you can curl up with a book or just sit and gaze at the ocean through the bay window. The bay window has blinds but there are also generous curtains to block out light for any who prefer a darker room at night.
And the glorious second bathroom …..
with full size bath and shower over; heated towel rail and good lighting!
All the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. We use a local company, BLOOM REMEDIES:

Sitting outside
Sit out on your own little patio just outside the French windows and enjoy the fresh air! There are two seats, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun goes down.
And just a few steps across from Ocean Villas, there’s a small garden opposite us, with benches and picnic tables. Wander over with your coffee, fetch a pasty from Philps or a crab sandwich from Rock Cafe, and sit in the sun and enjoy the view and the sea breeze!
